first of all make sure you have your wallet.dat in place (and make a backup).
if you missed the fork date an kept running the wallet on old chain, than your local block data has been messed up (forked).
in that case the best practice is to delete all data in your data dir except wallet.dat, masternode.dat and transcendence.conf
Add the following to the transcendence.conf:
addnode=5.189.139.203
addnode=159.69.158.37
addnode=95.217.214.252
addnode=159.69.33.243
restart wallet and let it synch.
